I was amazed by the exceptional customer service provided by the owner Judy, who not only made me feel welcome but also went out of her way to assist me in finding my lost ID card. the tea and coffee facilities in the room were top-notch, allowing me to enjoy a hot beverage while relaxing on the terrace overlooking Roath park/lake. the availability of free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV further added to the exceptional experience. Lastly, the convenient location of the hotel near Ten Maryport Coffee Shop, Deli-Rouge, and ilili Restaurant made it easy for me to explore the local area and enjoy some delicious meals. Overall, my stay at this room in Cardiff was truly outstanding, thanks to the impeccable service, comfortable amenities, and convenient location. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Cardiff.
